Q: I already have a website; how will OutGrow help me?
A: OutGrow will allow you to update the calendar, news, issues/facts, and group sections of your site with no HTML knowledge. In addition, each of those sections will be available for users to 'join', creating an entire searchable database of your supporters. (For more information on this, read our How It Works sheet.)

Q: Which OutGrow System is best for my website?
A: Try our online Choose-A-Plan Wizard, give us a call ((847) 563-4152), or schedule a brief (but informative!) online tour of OutGrow. Or, read about getting started with the OutGrow system.

Q: Is website hosting included with OutGrow?
A: Yes. The OutGrow Large Package includes website hosting. Both Basic and Medium Packages *only* provide hosting for the database and OutGrow pages of your site. If you need website hosting otherwise, please visit The Verbost Hosting Company.

Q: Will you help design my website?
A: Yes. And no. The OutGrow Large Package includes 4 hours of design time to get your site lookin' its sharpest. The Basic & Medium Packages include 1 hour of design time to help take your current site design and drop it into the OutGrow template.

Q: What if I need an entirely new website design?
A: Well, no problem; you can purchase addition design time hourly. But, read about getting started with the OutGrow system, too, because some packages may include design time!

Q: Do you have references for the OutGrow System?
A: Sure. Drop a note to support@outgrow.org or browse the testimonials from some of the nice folks who've used the system.

Q: How do I add new calendar events or modify content?
A: Once you're logged into your OutGrow system, you'll be provided with a whole suite of administrator privledges, buttons, and functions. Just click the button near the text you'd like to change and swap in new pictures, links, attach a document, or correct a mis-spelling.

Q: How long does it take to get my OutGrow System running?
A: Your OutGrow System (minus any design work) can be ready almost immediately. As soon as we receive your order (Monday to Friday), we'll set-up your account and contact you with instructions for dropping your design into the system template. Q: Can I 'try-out' the system?
A: Yes, of course. Try the system for 30 days with no obligation; if you're unsatisfied, you'll not be charged at all. Further, try the system for 60 or 90 days, if it doesn't meet your needs, we'll refund the entire last month's payment.

Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade to the next level of OutGrow?
A: Sure. Just drop a note to support@outgrow.org with your request. All your data will transfer seamlessly. You can, at any point, return to a bigger OutGrow system.

Q: This systems seems like it would work very well for our group, but our group 'type' is not listed. Will it?
A: Probably will! We have folks using it to organize all sorts of communities, yet only list our main categories. Still not sure? Either try it for 30 days, with no obligation, or give us a call; we'd be happy to talk over your project.
